Samantha Lawrence

Samantha Lawrence is an E-RYT Yoga Instructor and Certified Life Coach. Samantha challenges her students and clients to actively create solutions to roadblocks and challenges to live their brightest life. She mentors and coaches creative women, goal setters, yoga entrepreneurs, and mindful leaders. Samantha is a soon-to-be Mom and loves spending time in the mountains with her dog and husband. After years of career changes and struggling to find her purpose, she has found a way to master her mindset and thrive in an authentic way.

FAQ

  1.  How long is this program?
    1. The program is 5 weeks long. Conference calls will be on Mondays at 7:00pm at a call line given to you when you are enrolled in the program. Throughout the week, enjoy participation in our private facebook group and your own workbook.
  2. What if I have to miss the conference calls on Mondays at 7pm?
    1. No worries! All our calls will be recorded and emailed to you in our weekly recap, as well as posted on our private Facebook page so that you can interact and get caught up on your own time.
  3.  I don't know much about yoga. Is this program still for me?
    1. This program is for anyone looking to make positive changes in their life. You do not need any experience or knowledge of the yoga world to fully participate and enjoy this program.
  4.  What if I'm not on Facebook?
    1. You can still participate on our live calls every Monday at 7:00pm and enjoy the workbook on your own. You will also be paired with a buddy to hold you accountable to your commitments and goals and can share your information as you feel comfortable and fit. Your coaches, Samantha and Marlena, are also available throughout the program if you would like support.
  5. What does the program cost?
    1. The program costs $299 for the 5 week group coaching experience. Included in the price is 5 group coaching calls, a private FB group to utilize for support, a detailed workbook on the course, and discounted one-on-one coaching if interested.
  6. How much time will I have to invest in this program?
    1.  This program is designed to fit into your life and you will get out of it what you put in. There are weekly hour long calls that will be recorded if you miss a session, and coursework in your workbook for the week. The program should enhance your life and although it will take time, the benefits will be well worth the effort.
