What is coaching?
The relationship between a coach and client is Co-Creative, meaning that we are equals and both have an active role. I am not a therapist, counselor, or consultant. I am a trained coach using honed communication skills to support you as a detached thinking partner. Together we create more power for you to effect create meaningful change and take dynamic actions toward your goals.

Discovery Session Inquiry
1:1 Coaching Session
In this session you will
- Individualize your agenda to uncover core topics and goals
- Unravel challenges, fears, and blockages
- Solidify actionable items and solutions together from your own core values and wisdom
- Receive powerful requests to deepen your process in-between sessions
1:1 via phone
3 Month Package
- One hour discovery session followed by 3 weekly coaching sessions for 3 months
- Uncover setbacks, habits, patterns, and fears with collaborative conversations to create an action plan and solutions
- Explore weekly individualized agenda
- Set short-term and long-term goal and intention setting while solidifying core values
1:1 via phone
Coffee Collaboration Session
Coffee Collaboration Sessions:
In person 1 hour coaching session over coffee at a local Colorado shop
Mindfulness and Goal Coaching to creatively collaborate and set an individualized agenda and action plan toward positive change
DISCOUNTED session rate
Samantha's daughter will be in tow, so there may be an occasional break in conversation to accommodate her needs.
